Contact gmohareb@gitinc.ca. Include your app version, phone model and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or identity documents.

Your records stay on your phone

Petari needs no account and contains no ads. Clinic search and maps use public internet providers. Petari is intended for adult pet owners worldwide. The updated app calculates offline care calendars from reusable templates. Optional template updates download public reference data without sending pet details. Optional online AI is available in supported free-service regions outside the EEA, UK and Switzerland; only explicitly consented profile details are sent to Google. If online AI is unavailable, planning can continue locally. Calendar entries stay on the phone. Medical care and timing need your veterinarian's confirmation. Read the privacy policy for details.

Export or delete local records

In Petari, open Passport, the account/privacy icon, then Device storage & privacy. You can export records or delete local records there. Save attachment copies separately; import and restore are not available in this version.

Uninstalling Petari or clearing its storage can permanently lose records. Exported copies must be managed wherever you saved them.
